Any tax agent services I provide to you will be provided by my company (with me as the signing nominee agent). Any such services will be detailed in an engagement letter that will be agreed with you at the time. That engagement letter will contain the details of both my rights, responsibilities and obligations as a tax agent under the taxation laws (including the Act and Code of Professional Conduct) under that engagement. It will also detail your obligations to me as your tax agent.
